W126 Terms & Conditions — Platform Terms of Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the w126 platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read this document carefully in its entirety before registering an account or using any of the services offered. By accessing or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated below.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms may be updated from time to time.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the w126 website, registering an account, or using any part of our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you are required to discontinue use of the w126 platform.
Your continued use of this platform following any changes to these Terms & Conditions will be deemed as acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure you remain informed of the terms currently in effect.
The w126 platform is only accessible to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that your use of the platform is lawful under the regulations of your local jurisdiction.

2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the w126 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration, including your full name, date of birth, and valid contact details.
Any false, inaccurate, or misleading information provided during registration may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all existing balances.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login credentials. w126 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you are required to report this to our support team immediately.
W126 is not liable for any losses resulting from access to your account by a third party due to your own failure to safeguard your login credentials.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a w126 platform user, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. You are prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform without written authorisation
- Disrupting or damaging the functionality of the platform, its servers, or related networks
- Sharing, transferring, or selling your account to another individual
- Engaging in fraud, manipulation, or any activity intended to exploit system vulnerabilities
- Using a false identity or impersonating another individual or entity
- Accessing the platform from restricted geographical regions using a VPN or other identity-masking methods
Violations of any of the above rules may result in account suspension or permanent closure, as well as legal action where necessary. w126 reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether any conduct constitutes a breach of these terms.
4. Payment Information & MYR Transactions
All transactions on the w126 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Deposits can be made via supported local payment methods, including Touch 'n Go, Boost eWallet, and online bank transfers. Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment details provided are accurate and valid. Any deposit made in error due to incorrect information cannot be automatically reversed.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are subject to change at w126's discretion and will be displayed during the transaction process. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and compliance with any applicable rollover requirements.
W126 reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal for the purposes of identity verification, promotional terms compliance, or investigation of suspicious activity. This verification process is a standard security measure designed to protect users from fraud.
Any transaction processing errors arising from technical issues will be resolved fairly following an investigation. w126 is not liable for any losses resulting from service disruptions on the part of third-party payment providers.
5. Limitation of Liability, Account Policy & Intellectual Property
W126 accepts no liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by users as a result of using or being unable to use the platform. This includes financial losses, service interruptions, or errors in data display. w126's total liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
W126 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a terms violation, fraud, multiple account use, or illegal activity. Users whose accounts are closed due to terms violations are not entitled to claim any remaining balance. Accounts closed without fault will be processed with a refund of any eligible balance in accordance with the current policy.
All content on the w126 platform — including logos, designs, text, images, software, and source code — is the exclusive intellectual property of w126 or our licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or commercially exploit any platform content without prior written permission. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.
6. Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms & Governing Law

Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
